I have a red dot on my leg that I fort was a flea bite which I have had befor but I have had this for a bit now I seen a Wight dot in the middle appear so I fort it was a spot so I scratched it to see if it would pop then it looked like dry skin but I looked closer and it not it was red no it look dark ?
You seem to have developed an insect bite reaction. This is basically an allergic reaction . It needs to be treated by application of topical steroid creams . Oral steroids and oral antihistamines are also required in severe cases . Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area. You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion still tends to persist or increase.
