I m 15 year old male and I ve had unprotected sex multiple times and oral, last time I had intercourse was two weekends ago and I ve been noticing a burning / itching sensation when I pee and it s red at the tip with red spots around where the shaft and tip meet. I m afraid she gave me an std....
