I have tiny red pin dots on the surface of my arms in each arm bend. They look like burst capillaries and they do not itch. I m not sure how long they ve been on my arms, but definitely no longer than 24 hours. I am wondering what this could be, and what may have caused them to appear.

There are many causes for red papules/macules (rash) to occur in shoulder region. Common causes are sunlight, dandruff, allergy to certain food/ medication/dust, and idiopathic reasons.
