What Causes Red Spots On The Arms And Legs Of A Child?
my 20 month old appeared with several small spots on her arms and legs this morning. One of them resembled a mosquito bite the others resembled possible spider bites. the spots have become larger and there is a defined splotchy lighter colored center and severe swelling around the area. What could be causing this?

Hi, this is insect bite. In insect bite the skin becomes red with a dot at centre which occurs due to sting. In my opinion, you should give hydroxizine syrup 5 ml three times a day for 3 days to prevent itching. Take care.
