Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi dear,
I understand your concern

This may be a viral prodrome. She may develop fever shortly. If she is not very lethargic and is feeding as usual, we need not worry. Give paracetamol drops if she becomes febrile.

Take her to doctor if she is not getting better in 2-3 days, or becomes lethargic with poor feeding.

Hope I have answered your query
