im 50 years old and my son is 6 years old we both have red dots on the palms and fingers of our hands and red dots on the soles of our feet they give pain similar to blisters. We both have sore throats and fevers at night. I had chicken pox when I was 13. Whats wrong with us?
Hi. As per your case history you are having viral rash on palms and soles. My treatment advice is - 1. Don't worry. It is self limiting disease. 2. Take plenty of fluids and diet rich in vitamin c. 3. Start an anti-allergic medication like levocetrizine twice daily. 4. Apply a potent topical steroid cream like clobetasol twice daily.
