What Causes Red Spots On Tongue With Pain In Throat?

Hi! My daughter often has red spots and white covering on the tongue. Other symptoms are sneezing, pain in the throat. Nothing can help, bit antibiotics (amocsill). Without antibiotics the condition becomes worse. The problem is that everything repeats every month. What can be done in this situation/

hello thanks for consulting at hcm..it could be recurrent apthous ulcers,,and it is also cyclic it could be cyclic neutropenia,,get all blood tests,, to check for deficiencies,,use topical anesthetic gel for pain relief and do salt water gargle,,hydrate yourself well, eat nutritious food,,and also consult a oral medicine and general physician for a thorough general physical examination and for other lab tests,, hope it helps,,take care,,
