What Causes Red Spots Under The Foreskin?
Hello im a 21 year old male and i have been having protected sex frequently. Just recently i have started cleaning under my foreskin with soap and just today i have seen that there is a few red spots underneath the foreskin. Any suggestions? Could it be the soap irratating the skin?

Yes. It can be allergic reaction to soap you are using. You can change the soap you are using and wait for few days. If still problem persist than topical steroid can be used.
