What Causes Red Streak On The Penile Shaft After Intercourse?
Hi since the fall I ve had an ongoing red streak mark on the shaft of my penis. I have not had sex, I believe it s from masterbation and irritation but Is there a type of cream or anything that will help cure this? I ve been using neosporin twice a day but nothing has changed.

If you are sexually active, have multiple partners & go for unprotected sexual intercourse, it could be STI.
Get physically examined & get STD tests done to stay on the safer side. If your tests are positive, you'll need a course of antibiotics & antivirals.
Avoid sex for a couple of days, avoid addictions of any kind for it may lower the efficacy of the medicines.
If you are not sexually active then take care of your hygiene. Wear soft, cotton clothes. Keep the genital area washed, clean & dry.
Take a course of oral anti-fungals. If the red streaks are itchy you can use hydrocortisone ointment locally in the area affected. You can use any anti-fungal based cream also.
