Welcome to Health care magic.

1.Your history seems like a breast abscess with red and pain on touch, tenderness.
2.It needs immediate attention - no need to A&E but see your GP and get an ultrasound breast done.
3.Ultrasound will help in identifying the nature of the lesion its source and extensions ( content of the lesion solid/cystic/mixed)
4.After that if its an abscess - a small incision and drainage might be needed with a course of antibiotics.
5.In case of solid mass FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology might be needed.
after the FNAC result needful treatment can be given.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
