What Causes Red Tiny Spots All Over The Face Of An Infant?
My 22 month old daughter has tiny red spots all over her face, neck and ears...its a massive patch of them, not just a few! They seem to be flat, not bumpy.And came on rather sudden, like an hour ago there was none and now her face,neck and ears are covered. Is this serious? what could it be and should I take her to the Emergency room?

It seems to be urticarial or allergic rash. You should soon visit your pediatrician for assessment and for medications.
