What Causes Red Tissues & Cramps During Stool Movement?

I miscarried at 8 weeks but I didn't expel anything from my body. During the last 2-3 hours, when I go to the bathroom, there is red tissue. About 10 minutes ago, there was grey tissue that came out. What is it? Btw, I am still cramping. Is there more to come?

Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Really appreciate your concern, if this was the confirmed pregnancy then it could be fetal part and it is not the confirmed pregnancy then it could be menses clotted blood, just differentiate this it is better to get done the sonography, it just to rule out the residual part of fetus and other condition it could be just sac material and the exact fetus may remains inside, if this is so then it has to be evacuated, hope this information helps.
