What Causes Red With Yellow Spots Skin Around Anus?

Hi, iv been having trouble with the outside of my anus for just over a week. I have checked it, the skin is very red with yellow looking spots on it. It s not genually itchy but does seem to be getting worse. I haven t had any diarrhea and constipation is normal. When it started I was on my monthly cycle so it can t be an STI. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

You complain that you have yellow red area around anus.

Fungal infections most common Candida infection that cause yellow white lesion.In this condition antifungal ointment can use.

Long time diarrhea may cause irritation over anus region and rediss skin.

Hemorrhoids at anus region can cause redish skin around anus region.You can use steroid ointment for decrease inflammation.
Stool softner can use in this situation for less effert.

You have to wash infected area with warm water.
Dry skin may cause itching around this area.

Avoid spicy and oily foods.
Drink more water.
Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables.
More fiber foods use in diet.
