What Causes Reddish Brown Spots In Thighs And Legs?

Hello doctor I have these redish brownish spots in my thighs and in my leg. But not all of my leg just from a little bit further than my knee and up. The brown spots are the smaller ones and the red ones are the bigger ones. It doesn't hurt and it's not itchy or anything. Please help!!
