Hi, Some three years back i was suffering with the problem of urticaria. But later it stopped. Yesterday suddenly in the evening i experienced the same thing. I am not sure whether this was an allergy after eating something or the normal urticaria which i used to suffer with. Can i take wysolone in this case?
I can understand your concern for reddish, raised and itchy bumps. After reading your query it appears that you are suffering from Urticaria or commonly known as hives.
Let me first reassure you that Urticaria is quite common problem which we usually see in our dermatological practice. It is just the hyper-immune response because of which one gets these kind of eruptions. It is due to bursting of the cells called as mast cells and then release of specific chemical called as histamine which causes the rashes.
I suggest you to not to take wysolone as it can harm your body in long term and can cause serious side effects if taken for long term.
If I were your treating doctor then would have prescribed you drugs which inhibit the histamine release also known as Antihistamines. I myself prefer Loratadine ( Dazit or Alaspan or Lorfast) in my patients.. You can meet a dermatologist for further guidance.
All the best.
