What Causes Red,itchy Area On The Bottom Of The Penis Head?

I have a red itchy area on the bottom side of my penis head. it looks like little small bumps that move when i move the skin. I had unprotected sex with a girl who said she had a yeast infection a few weeks prior. There is no pain, no blistery looking places, no type of painful urination or discharge

Red itchy area on bottom of glans penis are most likely to be due to infection (Ballanitis) following unprotected sex

Take antibiotic like Cefixime and topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin for a week .

Ensure to wash genitals with warm water twice daily..
