What Causes Redness Above Cheeks And Pain In Eyes After Swimming?

The skin underneath my daughters eyes above her cheeks becomes very red after swimming and she will sometimes say her eyes hurt. I ve put all different types of sunscreens and nothing seems to solve this...it almost looks like a burn but will go away the next day. The inside of her eye is not red and every other part of her body where I put sun lotion is fine. What can I do?

Hi thanks for using HCM
This redness is due to acidity level of water in the pool. Don't worry about this common in all members. Complaint to management of swimming pool and maintain 1.0 to 3.0 ppm of chlorine in the pool.
Things to do before going to pool.
wearing of SWIM GOGGLES which is made up LATEX
Avoid Plastic, rubber and other material.
Use momentasome and fusidic cream after swimming on the redness areas. thank you
