I'm not sure what it is but just about everyday at random times, my neck and chest get red and blotchy and very hot. It usually happens when i'm anxious, i suffer from bad anxiety but i think this blotchyness only makes my anxiety worse. Does anyone know what can cause this or what it is. I have been on a beta blocker for about a year now and it doesn't seem to help anymore. Please help it is affecting my social life horribly.
