What Causes Redness And Itching In Eye After Getting Hurt?
Hi. My 23mth oldboy hurt his left eye when his brother accidentally poke his eye using his finger this morning. Now his eye is red and watery. He tends to rub it whenever he tries opening his eyes. I tried to wash it using cotton wool n warm water. But it's not helping. Pls help. Thank you.

It has caused corneal injury. Immediately start using antibiotic eye drop like ofloxacin.3% 4times a day. neosporine eye oint ment can be applied at bed time. He should improve in 2to 3 days. If improved continue treatment for one week.
