What Causes Redness And Pain In Palms After Touching Cold?

everytime I touch cold, the palms of my hands and fingers get bright red and hurt. No white or blue. Just red. for the first time when I went outside for a walk yesterday, my entire face, ears and neck turned bright red and my nose itched. it all went away after coming inside after a few minutes, but my hands swell and hurt when it happens. I have looked up Raynaud s but my hands never turn white or blue. It even happens when fixing fresh vegs or fruit.
