What Causes Redness And Soreness On Skin Of Cheeks,chin And Nose?

Hi my name is Hayley for the past 3 days my cheeks,chin and nose have been red and stingy where the reddness is on my cheeks there is little holes? I ve never had this before and I ve been indoor for the past 3 days and havent worn makeup so I have no idea how I got it

According to your history it appear to be a case of dermatitis which has multiple causes.I need to kwow whether there is any history of drug intake or hair dye application? Is there history of application of some new product on the face? Is there any history of frequent outdoor exposure? For the time being avoid sun exposure and make use of hat, sunglasses, scarfs whenever out in sun. Dont use soap on your face. Apply cream containing momatasone on the affected areas and take tablet prednisolone 20mg and tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily.
