What Causes Redness And Sticky Yellow Crust On Scalp?

Spent day at beach and the next day at Disneyland. Tonight scalp is red along part with sticky stuff turned to a brown/yellow crusty peel. Washed hair and conditioned sprayed Dermoplast antibacterial spray on effect area. Is this simply a regular sunburn?

Hello, thanks for writing to healthcare magic. I can understand your concern.As per history rash on scalp probably seems to be sunburn only.You can apply ice pack over it and just wait and watch for.few days for improvement.In case if there is no results,you can apply a mild steroid like hydrocortisone.I hope this will help you.In case of any concern i will be happy to help you.Thanks.
