What Causes Redness And Swelling In The Eyes?

inside of my bottom eye lid had 1 blister yesterday and now has 4 eye is slightly swollen red and hurts. I did have a nose bump couple days ago and it still feels like there is a bump inside the middle part of my nose. Or it feels like a small amount of allergies drainage have collected on the inside nose membrane.

can be dacrocystitis . punctum dilatation and syringing is to be done repeatedly ofloxacin .3% eye drop to be used 6 hourly neosporine eye ointment can applied in lid margin.
