A day before yesterday my hands turned red and hot for 3-4 minutes. Problem happened yesterday during exercise. My head got very hot, face burning read, some headache, my body was not hot, even some cold in my hands. Went away after 2-3 hours, i had to use cold water and ice for face and back of my head. Today it is repeating but only like 25% of intensity. What is wrong with me?
Hello, let me tell you that exercises should be graded, which means their intensity and duration should be increased gradually and not from the beginning, redness and burning sensation are due to vasodilatation which is body's response to dissipate the heat generated. So, this appears as a physiological response, rather than an abnormality. I would adv you to begin with graded exercises as per your age and requirements in an ambient temperature, if you notice any other complaint, then would suggest to visit a general physician for evaluation. Thanks Take care
