What Causes Redness In Testicles After Ejaculating Semen?

Hi I'm 13 yrs old and after every time i ejaculate my left part of balls get red.... and i have big balls i hold it and massage and i've noticed that there is something that i don't know inside my balls and if i press it i does not hurt. what could it be.. need help

Read your query and understood your health concern.I feel concerned about your health issues.
Based on the facts of your query, You seem to suffer from-
Post-Ejaculation flush- with overcirculation.
If balls are not painful on pressure, check with Gp doctor for to rule out any Hydrocele, which is painless lump of scrotum.
Don't worry its not Cancerous. And could be treated with Hydrocelectomy if needed from Surgeon.
Don't overindulge in sex at this age.Keep abstained from it as far as possible to reduce testicular redness.
