Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having redness in the eye after a injury. This indicates subconjunctival hemorrhage and it is because of bleeding from the conjunctival vessels into the subconjunctival space as a result of impact of injury.
Usually subconjunctival hemorrhage takes 1-2 weeks to resolve completely. If there are no associated eye injuries then no need to worry subconjuctival hemorrhage will resolve even without treatment also.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
