What Causes Redness In The Palms?

I first noticed about 1 1/2 weeks ago I had red palms, as if I had burned them. About a week later they started peeling. Now my toes are peeling and my elbows as well. My hands and feet would be large chunks of skin at a time. I have never had this issue before. What could this be?

As per your case history you may be having keratolysis exfoliating or viral exfoliation
I need to ask you whether you had fever or sore throat in last few days?
My treatment advice is-
Take an antihistamines like levocetrizine once at night and vitamin c tablet once in afternoon.
Use Enmoist cream application twice daily.
