What Causes Redness Of Both Eye Sockets Post Tooth Extraction?

I had several upper teeth extracted for dentures one week ago. I took all if the antibiotics, I have no pain, no swelling that I can see, and feel fine. However, just now I noticed both eye sockets appear to be very red, almost like there's blood in my eyes but nothing draining out. This is the first day I've seen this. Should I get to a hospital?
