Hi,

You seem to suffer from contact allergic dermatitis complicated with bacterial infection. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply antibiotic cream like fusidic acid cream. Take a course of antibiotics for a week or two. After the clearance of infection, take treatment for the allergy.Take antihistaminic and oral steroid in tapering dose. Avoid soap bath. Dettol liquid may be used for bath. Take bed rest and keep the leg elevated.

Hope this helps.
