What Causes Redness On The Penis Opening Despite Taking Amoxicillin?

Hi I am a male 20 years old recently have a sore red penis at the head and on inner side of foreskin , I was negative for gonnharea and clamitia , I was give a cream to help but it hasn t gotten better I also am taking amoxicillin ATM, I also had sex with my girlfriend and two days later she is red sore and is bleeding.

It seems that you got candidiasis
To confirm diagnosis get KOH done and will show monillial elememts if you have candidiasis.
Also get VDRL, TPHA, and ELISA for HIV done.
