What Causes Redness, Swelling And Pain In The Labia Minora?
I m 37, 5 5 tall 264lbs, I bought my labia minora between the toilet paper and skin after wipping a few times while traveling and using rest stops where I couldn t spread my legs to wipe very well, now the left side is raw red swollen and painful what can I do to treat the area? I was thinking neosporin (sorry spelling) or desitin what do you think?

If swelling with discharge is there per speculum examination will be helpful to rule out possible infection. Also, the diabetic workup is advisable.
