What Causes Redness With Pinkish Discharge On The Tip Of Penis?

I have some sort of infection in my penis. It was red and swollen but has clamed down and is just a centemeter wide redness on tip of my penis. It is still painful to urinate and sometimes has a pinkish discharge after or a little bit of red string. what is it?

Hello. This may be balanitis--a fungal infection--that can be treated with topical Lamisil or ketoconazole cream, but you may also have gonorrhea or chlamydia with the discharge and for that reason you need to see a doctor for cultures and appropriate oral antibiotics or an antibiotic injection
