What Causes Reduced Menstruation, Fatigue, Abnormal Neck Pulse And Pregnancy Symptoms?

This month my menstrual cycle only came on for 2 days. Usually it lasts for 7 days. It came on a little heavy and the light until it went away and never came back on to possibly finish my cycle. I have been very tired...I Can t sleep at night but sleep all day. I also feel a strong double heart beat in the middle of my neck. I also been having some pregnancy symptoms... I went to the doctor but it was too early to determine and haven t took a pregnancy test since.

hello,

Kindly first get a urine pregnancy test done .
If positive kindly consult a gynaecologist for furher antenatal check up.
If negative , consult a physician and get a thyroid profile done.
Sometimes improper levels of thyroid hormones cause tiredness, menstrual irregularities.

Regards,
Dr.Riyanka
