What Causes Reduced Peripheral Vision?

I have reduced perrifial vision in my right eye. Can t see objects until they are at 45 degree angle. 55 years old, dialated cardio myopathy patient for 12 years, pace maker and defibrillator, on coumadin, Cores, lisinopril, and several other men s. Optomitrist thinks I may have had a stroke. I have not noticed anything like that.
