Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to an inner ear disorder or panic attacks. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with an ENT specialist for a careful physical check up and labyrinthine tests.

If an inner ear disorder is excluded, an EEG would be necessary to exclude oculogyric crysis (types of epilepsy), especially considering the fact that your eyes go funny during those episodes.
I would also advice checking thyroid hormones to exclude possible thyroid dysfunction, which can trigger this clinical situation.
If all the above tests result normal, you should consider anxiety as the main cause of your troubles.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Best wishes, Dr. Aida
