Is there any risk in continuing the pregnancy? heart-four chamber view appears normal outflow tracks appeared normal abdominal situs appeared normal both renal pelvis measured 4mm mild dilation of renal pelvis seen in both kidneys no calyceal system dilation seen ureter not dilated in both sides bladder and liquor normal all long bones appeared normal for the period of gestation estimated fetal weight according to Bpd,HC,AC,FL:-379 + / - 37.9 gms PLACENTA-POSTERIOR LIQUOR-NORMAL BILATERAL MILD RENAL PELVIECTASIS BLADDER AND LIQUOR APPEARED NORMAL
As in pregnancy due to compression on ureters due to enlargenent of uterus there might be renal pelvis dilatation. You should consult urologist also for This problem.
