What Causes Repeated Missed Abortions During Pregnancy?

Hi I had lymph tuberculosis in 2011 and was put on AKT 3 for more than 9 months. I was completely cured. I became pregnant in 2014 April and suffered a missed abortion at 7 weeks with no cardiac activity. recently in Aug 2014, I conceived again, but it also ended in a missed abortion at 6 weeks. People say, it could be because of the anti TB drugs. Any possibilty?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM....

You had lymph node TB and taken full course of treatment ....So completely cured now....
If persistent infection is there than abortion can occur ....
But here your TB is cured so its not the cause. ..

Chromosomal abnormalities can be responsible for reccurent abortion....

Rule out diabetis by estimation of blood sugar. ...

If your age more than 35 than also chance high ...

Hormonal problem and uterine abnormality also can be the cause ....

Your pelvic examination has to be done....
Cobsult gynecologist for detail work up as two times abortion is not normal ....
