But your testicles should be hanging in order to produce good sperms. Hanging testicles remains away from the body and so there temperature is below the body temperature. This is essential for production of sperms. But in my advice you should get yourself semen analysis done. If the count, motility, morphology etc are normal there is no need to worry and you can become father.. If reports are abnormal than you should examine yourself by nearby doctors, there is surgery available for correction of undescended testis. This will empower further production of the sperms in you.
