What Causes Retraction Of The Testicle Into The Pubic Area?

I am inquiring about my husband who's left testicle rises above the sac and goes all the way up into this pubic bone area. Is there damage do you suppose to the muscular tissue? He also loses ejaculation now when this occurs during sexual intercourse. I am an RN, just so you know

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Hyperactive Cremasteric reflex with Retractile testes with cramping pain in testes/ abdomen.
Erectile dysfunction / and or /lack of ejaculation is due to diversion of attention due to acute cramping pain from retractile testes.
Risk of Testicular low function / cancer / testes atrophy are there which demand early treatments in such cases of Retractile testes.
Remedy-
Fixation of Retractile testes -By Orchiopexy would resolve this pain and Erectile dysfunction causing lac of ejaculation / orgasm in your husband.
No medicines would give him permanent relief.
