Hi, I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Pain in the rib cage is present with increasing gestational age of pregnancy due to the stretching of the ligaments of the ribs in order to increase thessize of abdomen.
If the pain is not very severe and present only with coughing, you need not worry.
