What Causes Ribcage And Stomach Fullness, Breathlessness And Bloody Phlegm?

i have a fulness under my left ribcage radiating into my left side of part of mt stomache get breathless and have high temperature its going on for 4 days also i cough up like a bloody pleghm ,if i press on myon my left sid directly under my breast as my stomache feels full

Causes of pain the left rib cage may be due to
1. Left side pleurisy.
2. Left lower lobe pneumonia.
3. Splenic pain.
4. Cardiac pain
5.Bronchitis with expectoration etcetera.
Blood in sputum may be due to
1. Bronchitis
2. Pneumonia.
3. Aspergilloma
4. Bronchiectasis etcetera.
Please consult your physician he will examine the cause and treat you accordingly.
