Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you may be having pleurisy. In this there in inflammation of covering of lung. It is painful on taking deep breath and movements. When sometimes pain is more then there may be vagal shock leading to lowered BP and syncope. However it recovers quickly. For pain relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen. Vitamin B and C are helpful in recovering. For exclusion of other conditions chest x-ray can be done. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
