Hello,

Right lower abdominal pain could be caused due to many problems liver ailments , appendicitis.
However, most probably it is rare to be caused due to pancreatic problem.
It is advisable to consult a physician as they might advise an ultrasound scan of the abdomen and pelvis to rule out internal organ pathology along with blood tests and liver function tests.
Till then you can take an over the counter low dose analgesic and a (proton pump inhibitor ) omeprazole 20mg before food till you meet the doctor .
If the pain aggravates or is associated with vomiting and fever , immediatedly consult the ER.

Hope your query was answered.

Regards,
