Hi,

There can be various causes for right-sided abdomen heaviness as
- intestine infection
- appendix inflammation
- diverticula or other inflammation of the intestine
- ovary issues in female
- others.

Rather than being in dilemma, it is recommended to consult your doctor and get a primary examination for clinical signs and he or she will guide you whether some evaluation in terms of ultrasound or CT scan is required or not.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
