What Causes Right Abdominal Discomfort With Fatigue And Diarrhea?
This seems strange...to ask questions here. Have been having right sided discomfort x 3 weeks now, 58 yo female. Lap/ Chloe done approx 5 yrs ago. Not bothered by movement/ diet/ and don t fell sickly. A bit more tired than usual. Under right side ribs and most times in back of rib area. Also Increased diarrhea. No jaundice or weight loss. Been putting off doc visit.

I would check your stool for any blood. This sounds like it might be diverticulitis. If it is, you would need antibiotics. If it becomes severe, you might need a colonoscopy.
