What Causes Right-sided Facial Weakness When I Lie Down?

I have had 2 TIA in the past year and when lying down in bed I was experiencing right side facial weakness and in trying to open my right eye I could not. It was as if it was heavy but once I stood up and walked around it went away. Was that another TIA or something else going on possibly with my neck?
