What Causes Right-sided Head Pain Radiating Towards The Neck?

Last night the right side of my head was hurting so bad I thought about going to thr er. It was very intense and radiated down my neck. This morning when I woke up, the right side now feels sore and tingley. My husband said it was probably because the pain was so intense. Was it just a bad headache?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.

An MRI scan is required for further assessment and evaluation.

As of now analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol can be taken for pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
