General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

I've gone through your scenario. I can understand your anxiety.

With features of headache, eye pain & ear ache on one side, it could be unilateral(one-sided) presentation of MIGRAINE or can be a type of it.

I would suggest you,
1. To do relaxation techniques
2. Stretching exercises.
3. local heat & neck massage
4. Yoga
5.If still not relieved, take ANALGESICS & TRIPTANS
6.Have a visit to your ophthalmologist, to have eye check up done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
