What Causes Right-sided Shoulder Pain While On Nexium For Indigestion?
When I get indigestion, which I do daily, (already take 40mg of Nexum a day), I get a terrible pain right in the middle of my right shoulder blade. I cannot be still, I thrash all around trying to find relief. It can last a few minutes to hours. It is getting worse and lasting longer. Even if I am driving, I cannot be still. What can this be?

Looking at your symptoms, nexium is unlikely cause of your pain.
i suspect nerve pinching and recomend you to see a physical medicine and rehab physician or spine MD for furthur evaluation.
It is also good to see your primary MD for a physical exam to rule out other causes, if you have not yet done so.
