Symptoms include right upper quadrant sporadic pain 6-7/10, new severe acid reflux episode after gall bladder removed 4 years ago. Abdomen becomes taunt when pain is occurring 59 year old healthy man does have hepatic steatosis and multiple liver hemangioma including a flash fill hemangioma
Postcholecystectomy right upper quadrant pain may be due to 1. Muscular pain. 2. Hepatitis. 3. Colitis 4. Renal colic 5. Right side pneumonia or pleurisy. Until examination, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
